As the Managing Partner of DI FRANCES & ASSOCIATES, L.L.C., John provides strategic consulting and professional speaking services for clients internationally.  He supports the firm’s clients through the development of multifaceted stratagems to address problems faced by executive decision makers across a wide spectrum of complex issues.  On multiple occasions he has assumed the direct operational responsibility for the U.S. operations of overseas based client corporations.  


Professional speaking experience encompasses keynote presentations and facilitating multi-day business seminars for corporations, universities, industry associations and federal government agencies on a broad range of cutting edge business topics.  Clients have included AOL Time Warner, U.S. Government, Scholastic Corporation, International Association of Accounting Firms, Nextel, Thrivent, Insurance Accounting & Systems Association, and Tulane University Law School among others.


Other specialty consulting services have included federal acquisitions (including appeals before the General Accounting Office and Board of Contract Appeals), obtaining International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) weapons technology export licenses from the Department of State as well as high dollar white collar fraud recovery in U.S. and off-shore jurisdictions.
