Advise- Review the benefits of both leasing and buying that relate to a customer’s particular lifestyle and preferences.  Help with the car selection process.  Provide helpful resources to make the best decision.

Locate- locate the make, model and color of the customer’s choice at all the dealers in their area.

Negotiate- Negotiate all the parameters (vehicle price, interest rate, length of loan or lease, residuals, warranties, car accessories...) with multiple dealers.  Compile deals that fit customers’ budget and comfort level.  Explain fully every number and how changes in length of loan, residuals, interest rates and other factors can effect monthly payments and total cost.  Provide customer with everything to make an informed decision.

Get Back- Advise customer on how to prepare old car in order to maximize trade in value and negotiate that trade in to get the most equity possible, which can be between $1,000- $8,000, even if your car is leased. Set everything up with the dealer for easy pick up- customer just needs to verify the deal and sign. Customer is provided all the costs and parameters in writing prior to this.
