Artist Development is my focus. I thrive for excellence with all artist that I am fortunate to work with. I take a hands on approach when working with artist, I build a relationship and I truly try to create a sound according to the personality of the artist or group. Once the artist and myself feel comfortable with our music, I then start focusing on the visual aspects of the artist. I have a solid team of executives who truly believes in the artist that we work for and we go beyond the call of duty to ensure great results for my artist.
