The keys to a sustainable and pervasive Lean Six Sigma deployment are more than just training. It involves assessing an organization's unique situation; working with management to assess their needs and putting in place the right training, coaching and infrastructure to make the overall deployment successful.
Keys Six Sigma was established to help all size companies sort through the issues and concerns about developing and deploying a Lean Six Sigma or Design for Lean Six Sigma program in their respective organizations. Too often, the efforts in many Lean Six Sigma deployments focus almost exclusively on training. My experiences have taught me that training is the "means" to the Lean Six Sigma "ends." By taking the time and working on the management, cultural and other aspects of a Lean Six Sigma deployment, organizations can improve the program's acceptance, pervasiveness and overall sustainability.
Keys Six Sigma's mission is to leverage my engineering, management and Lean Six Sigma experiences to help corporate leaders effectively deploy and incorporate Lean Six Sigma methods and philosophies in their organization's DNA.
Keys Six Sigma is able to:
Sort through Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma training, certification and deployment options and select the best options for your particular organization.
Key Six Sigma benefits include:
-Extensive background in Lean Six Sigma and deploying methods and philosophies within organizations.
-Experience in blended learning (combination of on-line or e-learning and in-class training techniques) as well as classical training techniques.
-Not tied directly to any training provider so I can help organizations understand their unique needs and select the training firm that will best fit their situation
-Effectively work with your management, opinion leaders and subject matter experts.
-Effectively combine the typical "harder" Lean Six Sigma skills and tools with the critical "softer" cultural elements.
-Incorporate both classical "in-class" training structure and blended learning models, which ever meets your organization's needs.
