Total Wellness is a Health, Fitness & Safety Company formed by Candise Jordan in September 2005 when she decided to take her love & knowledge of exercise to the next level and start a part time personal training company. Once she began personal training and watching her clients transform into happier & healthier individuals she decided to pursue her career full time and expand her services to group exercise and nutrition counseling.

Candise is presently a student studying Holistic Health. Her certifications include: National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer & AFAA Group Exercise Instructor with multiple specialty certifications including senior fitness, children fitness, kickboxing, PiYo, and more. Also, Certified by the American Red Cross in First Aid/ Adult, Infant, & Child CPR/AED & CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Certified Nutrition Counselor through the Global College of Natural Medicine. She is a trainer that truly loves what she does and loves to help people. A true believer in the Wellness Movement to Improve the Quality of Life.

We work with men and women of all ages with varying fitness levels and goals. Whether you want to lose body fat and tone your body, build serious muscle, recover from injury or reclaim health & spunk- we will help you do it! We get results!

Total Wellness offers a wide variety of services including Personal Training, Group Exercise Instructing, Nutritional Counseling, and CPR/First Aid Instructing. We operate through several Community Centers throughout PG County & Montgomery County along with a few churches, schools, non profits and small businesses. We also sell a Wide Variety of High Quality Nutritional Supplements.

Total Wellness’ s first fitness facility will focus on Fitness & Health Promotion but we will also offer many community services such as a Senior Citizen Outreach Programs & Children’s Tutoring Programs. We want to build a community bond & have the entire family get fit & healthy together.
