Established on land but existing in the cloud, Kutoa cuts across global, ethnic and language barriers by uniting people around one purpose - helping those in need.

Kutoa collects the small sum of $1/month from its members to and then lets the membership decide on how the funds should be disbursed through their "VOTE NOW" system.
