The LA Design Festival is the only biennial, citywide event of its kind as a multi-day and disciplinary celebration that connects Los Angeles’ deep design culture and community. Founded in 2011, LADF was created to provide LA’s creative community with an accessible platform to showcase the city’s diverse work and talent. The Festival, which takes place every two years, unfolds over four days with events such as studio tours, panel discussions, curated exhibits, gallery shows, and a block party. LADF also hosts year-round programming that strengthens LA's design network, fostering connection, growth, and collaboration among designers. The LA Design Festival is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
