The facility where Port-A-Cool® units are manufactured is located in Center, Texas, and covers more than 110.634 square meter. Port-A-Cool® units and Küül® are produced in this impressive plant. The plant also houses Port-A-Cool, LLC Rotomold Division, which produces the one-piece plastic housing of the Port-A-Cool®.
Since its beginning in 1973 as a company with one product, Port-A-Cool, LLC has enjoyed consistent growth. Today, Port-A-Cool, LLC manufactures many products and is recognized as an industry leader.
Port-A-Cool, LLC selected Center, Texas, for the home office of several of their divisions and manufacturing locations. Nestled in the beautiful piney woods of East Texas, 150 miles southeast of Dallas, 120 miles northeast of Houston and 17 miles west of the Louisiana border – this small town still maintains the look, feel and hospitality of the original community, while also enjoying the modernization due in large part to the manufacturing and technological advances attained by Port-A-Cool, LLC.
Port-A-Col, LLC products are respected in both the United States and international marketplaces. These products range from those used primarily in agricultural and horticultural applications, to mobile, modular and porable buildings and many variations of evaporative cooling products with virtually unlimited uses.
In the beginning of 2007 Life´s Cool Europe started selling Port-A-Cool in Europe with an headoffice in Barcelona and another sales office in the Netherlands. The first year Port-A-Cool has been sold to 15 different European countries. With a strong and growing network of distributors Life´s Cool Europe continues to expand into European market horizons and produce outstanding sales revenues.
