LQR Consulting is a Paris-based company (SASU) that builds software for small businesses. Its product, CheckFacture, helps companies check an invoice before paying it.
With France's e-invoicing reform, businesses now receive invoices as paper, PDF and electronic formats (Factur-X, UBL, CII). CheckFacture checks them in seconds, from a photo or a file:
- Identity: SIREN, SIRET and VAT number keys, seller and buyer
- Document: invoice number, dates, mandatory mentions, invoice, credit note or deposit
- VAT: totals per rate, net + VAT = gross, VAT exemption (article 293 B), reverse charge
- Payment: due date, late-payment penalties, the €40 recovery fee
- Fraud: duplicate invoices, IBAN key, IBAN changed since the supplier's last invoice
- E-invoicing: Factur-X, UBL and CII structure, PDF/A-3, consistency between the PDF and its XML data, EN 16931 rules
The analysis runs on the device or in the browser: invoices are not uploaded to a server to be checked. On the website, CheckFacture also creates Factur-X e-invoices with continuous numbering and the legal mentions filled in.
The first check is free. CheckFacture Pro costs €6.99 per month or €59.99 per year. One subscription covers the mobile app and the website: it follows the user's account.
