Family owned and operated La Ristra New Mexican Kitchen honors traditions and cuisines of New Mexico and modern-day advancements in culinary greatness. La Ristra recipes have been in our family for generations and we are excited to share them with you. Many of our recipes incorporate the renowned Hatch green chile; every year we travel to Hatch, NM to harvest the chile and then we return to Arizona to roast the chile onsite.
