About

Lloyd Benedict has been handling personal injury law since 1988. Always an advocate for “the little guy” he never tires of taking a firm stance against the big corporate and insurance company machines.

He developed a strong work ethic from his father, a truck driver, for over 40 years. Even as young paralegal, Lloyd had handed more than 10,000 personal injury cases which embedded his desire to continue on with the fight to help those who don’t have a voice.

Such experience propelled Lloyd through Law School at the University of Tulsa where he graduated at the top third of his class. He’s received the CALI Award for excellence in Constitutional and Workers’ Compensation Law and was inducted into the legal fraternity of Delta Theta Phi.

Lloyd is a member of the Oklahoma Bar and Tulsa Bar Associations, American Bar Association and both the American Association and the Oklahoma Association for Justice.  Lloyd is also licensed to practice in the US District Court for the Northern District in Oklahoma, and the Creek and Cherokee Nation Tribal Courts.  In achieving these goals, Lloyd has stuck to his lifelong desire to help solve the “little guy”.
