About |
‘Lean Thinking’ a term coined by James P. Womack and Daniel T. Jones aims at transforming the traditional ways in which businesses operate to a business methodology where the focus is on organizing human activities in such a manner that it delivers improved value to individuals and better gains to the society.
LMII is a part of the Lean Global Network, which was formally chartered in September 2007. Today the network consists of 16 nonprofit, education oriented organizations throughout the globe. With our dedication towards raising consciousness, generating enthusiasm and exploring new frontiers in the management of resources, we help you with the three pillars of Lean namely:
1. Purpose – Prosperity of the organization through solving customer problems.
2. Process – Assess major value streams and come with valuable, capable, adequate and flexible solutions.
3. People – Actively engaging staff in the continuous evaluation and improvement of the value stream.
Thus we help you define your current situation and chalk out a road map to the target condition you want to achieve. Once this is done, we provide you with the necessary support through building people capabilities so that you achieve your target condition successfully.
