As well as delightfully skewering the perpetual boys who have both hands and half their head in the jar full of cookies set aside for future generations, 'Leaving Neverland' (Why Little Boys Shouldn't Run Big Corporations) also offers us all a way out of the adolescent society we live in, a way out of Neverland through rediscovering contemporary Rites of Passage.

People have had a gutful of (mostly) fully grown men behaving worse than spoilt children and it is time to call them on this and replace them with healthy adults. It is possible and to find out how you will have to read the book.

This is a witty, funny and important book and Daniel Prokop is a great speaker on this topic.
