We help individuals with bad credit, prior evictions, bankruptcies, repossessions, criminal backgrounds, and other housing barriers get placed into quality apartment communities across the United States.
Our corporate leasing model allows us to apply for apartment leases on behalf of our clients under our corporate account — backed by over 10 years of established business credit and verified landlord relationships. Clients are placed as the official named occupants on a 12-month lease at the community of their choosing, bypassing the standard tenant screening that typically blocks people with difficult rental histories.
Unlike nonprofit programs with limited inventory or waitlists, our clients choose where they want to live — any major apartment community in their area that offers corporate leasing qualifies. We serve clients in all 50 states and guarantee approvals on all properties within our established network.
