Mulberry Tree Consulting advises leaders to think proactively, act strategically and use resources wisely -- especially in the current economy.  The company, founded in 2003, is led by Maggie Ellis Chotas of Durham, NC and Betsy Polk Joseph of Chapel Hill, NC, organization development practitioners dedicated to revitalizing individual groups and organizations through coaching, consultation and facilitation.  

MTC designs and facilitates retreats and workshops, develops sustainable strategic plans and coaches leaders as they sharpen skills and improve effectiveness.
