RABAT, MA, JULY 07, 2018 Rahal Boulgoute, Chairman of Board is pleased to announce the newest addition to the Marita Group Holding (MGH) Naseer M. Sayed as the new President of worldwide operations. Mr. Sayed brings over twenty years of technology, energy, renewables and telecom experience to Marita Group. A driven, passionate and established, Sayed managed several state and private organizations mainly in North America, China, Brazil and Turkey.
Sayed is a founding member of the company Group Telecom in Canada where as a key member of the engineering team they brought the first 10Gbps internet access to the world, and he brought Akamai Technologies in cooperation with the Chairman of Akamai to Canada for CDN services. His business know how along with engineering background brought him to be one of the founders of another public companies GS Energy which created the first flexible CIGS Solar panels for military usage in 2004 in the US, the company of 2 $ Billion USD in revenue. After which Sayed, in cooperation with the Chinese government founded GS Solar Hong KONG where he served as the CEO and Chairman where he built the largest CIGS flexible solar manufacturing unit in China, Brazil and Turkey. He graduated from McGill Univeristy with a Ph.D. in Material Sciences, and Univeristy of Southern California with an MBA and B.Sc. from Waterloo University.
