I recently became licensed in Florida due to the interest my wife & I had in purchasing an investment property on the Gulf coast.  We love Florida and may someday make the move there permanently.  As we age the appeal of Minnesota winters is losing our interest and we find ourselves more interested in warmer climates year-round.  For the immediate future I am getting started with helping friends, past clients, and new acquaintances with finding or selling their dream properties in sunny Florida.
