We are MeatWorks Butchery and Market. We are the farmer, butcher and local. Specializing in pasture raised meats, whole animal butchery and house-made charcuterie, we capture the essence of community, sustainability and food renaissance. We've been selling our products for the past 6 years from our farm, Youngblood Grassfed Farm. We are furiously working to open our storefront location in Mena, AR by May 4th. We have a large renovated space where we have installed coolers, freezers, a processing room, butcher area, a commercial kitchen for demonstrations/cooking classes as well as a refined retail space. We have taken on the project by partnering with our good friends at Fourche River Farm and Cattle Co. We have premium genetics, management and exact production methods as well as a much more consistent supply. We will source our poultry, vegetable production, and various other products such as breads, honey, spices, etc from local producers who have met our criteria for production/handling methods.
We are interested in expanding our customer base to include health related grocery stores, gyms, restaurants.
