About

Secure Alliance LLC is a veteran- and nurse-owned occupational health and safety company headquartered in Puyallup, Washington. Founded in 2020 in response to the urgent PPE needs of small healthcare and long-term care facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has since evolved into a recognized leader in respiratory protection compliance and workflow-driven safety innovation. Through its pioneering digital platform, MedFitPro, Secure Alliance serves clients across healthcare, cannabis cultivation, construction, manufacturing, corrections, and other high-risk sectors with a commitment to keeping frontline workers safe, compliant, and supported.

Secure Alliance was co-founded by Beth Schubert, BSN RN, a nationally certified critical care nurse with more than 10 years of experience in clinical leadership, workforce development, and quality improvement, and Matthew Schubert, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than two decades of experience in anti-terrorism force protection, government contracting, and operations management. Their combined expertise created a company built on purpose, precision, and protection—equipping safety teams and program administrators with modern tools to manage compliance more efficiently.

At the heart of Secure Alliance’s services is MedFitPro, a proprietary digital compliance platform designed to streamline the complex requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134. MedFitPro automates the core components of a Respiratory Protection Program: medical evaluations, training documentation, annual fit testing compliance, and staff tracking. It supports organizations in reducing administrative overhead, minimizing regulatory risk, and improving employee safety outcomes. Unlike traditional safety tracking software, MedFitPro was designed by clinicians for clinicians—and by operational safety experts for multi-industry use.

What began as a small-scale mobile fit testing and PPE distribution service now powers compliance efforts for state agencies, behavioral health facilities, correctional institutions, cannabis growers, and more. Secure Alliance LLC has conducted thousands of fit tests and medical evaluations annually across the Pacific Northwest, supporting over 400 Adult Family Homes and larger contracts with the Washington State Behavioral Health Administration.

Secure Alliance’s approach is centered on a deep understanding of the end user. Beth Schubert, who left ICU nursing after nearly 30 respiratory-related hospitalizations, understood that respiratory protection was not just a regulation—it was a matter of life and death. She built a system to protect the workers she could no longer stand beside in the hospital, ensuring safety wasn’t an afterthought or a paper trail, but a proactive, data-informed, and person-centered process.

In 2025, Secure Alliance LLC and MedFitPro were selected for the Alpha Startup Program at Web Summit Vancouver, a major milestone that recognizes the company’s innovation, growth potential, and real-world impact. Web Summit Vancouver is one of North America’s most prestigious technology conferences, expected to host more than 70,000 attendees, including global investors, startup founders, and corporate leaders.

With a growing reputation for excellence, Secure Alliance remains committed to bringing scalable, accessible, and transparent solutions to industries where compliance is critical and safety is non-negotiable. Whether through mobile fit testing services, remote medical evaluations, or SaaS-based compliance automation, the company continues to position itself at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and frontline worker protection.
