Morningday Community Solutions, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) corporation whose mission is “: "Assisting South Florida's Ill, Needy, Youth, and Veterans By Supporting Affordable Housing Solutions and Offering Local Nonprofit Organizations Free Or Deeply Discounted Merchandise Though Our Framing Hope Warehouse"
The Framing Hope Product Donation Program is a collaborative effort between Morningday Community Solutions, The Home Depot Foundation and Good360. The MCS Framing Hope Warehouse receives a wide variety of donated home products and supplies from fifteen Home Depot stores and other retailers in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties. The materials are housed at a 10,000 square foot facility—the first of its kind in Florida. MCS then redistributes the items to other local nonprofits at little or no cost.
The Framing Hope program diverts excess merchandise from retailers from landfills and into the homes and lives of thousands of deserving families across the country each year through organizations like MCS. Through our redistribution and repurposing efforts, MCS has saved local nonprofits more than $1.5 million, and saved more than 100,000 pounds of waste from entering local landfills.
