Beginning in 1976, “Muscles Not Motors” was coined as the motto for Onion River Sports in Montpelier, Vermont. Over the years of selling sports equipment and hosting athletic events for a committed culture of athletes who were interested in living a healthy, active lifestyle, the folks at Onion River Sports discovered a desire among their customers and friends to share their stories and express their passion for living. The Muscles Not Motors mission and brand is the venue for doing just this.
