CK45 Hard Chrome Plated Rod For Hydraulic Cylinder 

CK45 hard chrome plated rods are manufactured from high-quality medium carbon steel, providing a balanced combination of strength, machinability, and durability. After precision grinding, the rods are plated with a uniform hard chrome layer of 20–30 μm, achieving a surface hardness of 850–1150 HV. This ensures exceptional resistance to wear, abrasion, and corrosion, making them ideal for hydraulic cylinder applications.

With ISO f7 dimensional tolerance and a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2 μm, these rods deliver smooth sliding performance, protect seals from premature wear, and ensure long service life under high-pressure conditions.
