About

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Southwest Ohio is a grassroots education, support and advocacy organization originally founded as NAMI Hamilton County in 1979. At the end of 2014 NAMI Hamilton County, NAMI Warren County and NAMI Clermont County merged to better serve the region. In 2022 NAMI Southwest Ohio added Clinton County as an additional service area.

We offer educational programs, support groups, and an information and referral phone line. We work together with our national organization (NAMI) and our state affiliate (NAMI Ohio) to advocate for people living with mental illness and their families.

NAMI Southwest Ohio provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.
