North Carolina State University Poole of Management offers undergraduate degree programs in accounting, business administration, and economics. Through its Jenkins Graduate School, the college offers the Master of Accounting, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Global Innovation Management (MGIM) degrees, including a global luxury management option in partnership with SKEMA business school in France. The MBA is available in professional part-time, full time and online option, including a campus in Research Triangle Park, N.C.. The college also offers masters and doctoral degrees in economics, in partnership with NC State's College of Agricutlure and Natural Resources.

The Poole College of Management's Executive Programs are contracted and delivered through the NC State Executive Education LLC, a non-profit (501)(c)(3) under the NC State University Foundation, Inc. The Business Collaboratories is a component of Executive Programs that develops custom and open enrollment programs focused on engaging corporate clients in hands-on learning that leads participants to identify and solve problems as they learn to use new management and leadership tools and techniques.

The college's faculty are organized into four departments: accounting, business administration, economics, and management innovation and entrepreneurship. Faculty also work with the following centers and initiatives on research and to support the college's curricululm in the specific disciplines: BioSciences Management Initiative, Center for Innovation Management Studies, Enteprise Risk Management Initiative, Supply Chain Resource Cooperative, and Technology Entrepreneurship Commercialization.
