NINETEEN49 Catering is part of the Elizabeth J. Bivins Culinary Center and excels at creating light, healthy dishes packed with flavor in the Amarillo community. The NINETEEN49 Catering culinary team is led by the talented Chef Rocky Dunnam and the administration team by Matt Foxworthy.
Chef Rocky Dunnam has won the Restaurant Roundup Battle of the Area Chefs 2015, received the Amarillo Convention and Visitor Council Prime Service Award 2015 and competed on an episode of Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen.”
Matt Foxworthy has worked for 15 years in the hospitality industry at various restaurants as well as food and beverage companies. His vast knowledge and expertise has landed him on cooking segments on local news stations and features in FoodService Director Magazine.
