Nadi, Fiji (September 6, 2016) – After a successful stint as a director for the USA based NPSL team, Bay Area Ambassadors FC, Arif will serve as the technical advisor to the Nadi FC . He will assist in the clubs preparation for the 2016 IDC, the most converted tournament in Fiji.  Nadi Jets FC have lost in the last three IDC finals and choose to appoint an advisor. The restructure is needed for all teams in Fiji and Nadi has taken the initiative to better structure its organization into to have a consistent performing team.

Nadi has got off to a successful start by qualifying for semi-finals after a draw with BA FC on Friday and win over Rewa the previous day. “I have been working on team tactics and system of plan. We are improving on our possession and penetration and it is work in progress since I have been with the team for only three weeks. I will work closely with the coach of the team Joseph Nand and the team directors to ensure that Nadi has a successful program .  Nadi face off the Labasa Lions in the first semi-finals at 3 pm at the ANZ Stadium , Suva .

Nadi F.C. is a Fiji based soccer in the first division of the National Football League. It is based in downtown Nadi. They are known as the Jetsetters after  the Nadi International Airport and its  home stadium is the Prince Charles Park with a  capacity of 18,000.
