We are conveniently located at 855 Terminal Avenue in Vancouver, less than 5 minutes drive to Downtown Vancouver. We offer 24 hour access, and a modern, clean facility which is fully inspected and licensed. HC Commissary and Ghost Kitchens is a professional, fully licensed commissary and ghost kitchen for commercial foodservice operators. Our community of kitchen partners includes restaurants, cafes, caterers, bakers, food trucks, food producers, manufacturers and many more.
Our members have the option to choose an hourly, part-time, or full-time membership. Our well-equipped commercial kitchen is available for our members to use on a reserved basis. We offer large shared or private prep station work areas, gas stoves, combination and convection ovens, deep fryers, commercial mixer and a variety of additional food preparation equipment for use by our partners while on site. We provide our members access to dry, refrigerated and freezer storage, easy online booking, billing, and competitive all-inclusive prices.
