Nifty after Fifty™ is not just a fitness center for individuals or “Baby Boomers” who are 50 years and older, we are a full service state-of-the-art fitness center promoting "greater wellness and lasting independence".  We offer a unique array of empowering services to help you look and feel great!

Our low cost fitness memberships include clinically supervised full-body training with one of our highly skilled fitness coaches. We also offer a personalized nutritional program combining sensible weight management and dietary consulting.

In addition, the other services we offer help maintain and enhance your quality of life. We provide a computer driving simulator to improve your driving skills, special equipment for brain exercises to enhance your acuity, aerobic sessions, yoga classes and our MedSpa for non-surgical body contouring and facial rejuvenation.

We also provide Physical Therapy services for ALL AGES not just mature adults! Our medically supervised Physical Therapy services and our caring Physical Therapists help you get the most out of your treatment. Nifty after Fifty™ has Physical Therapy locations in both Orange and Los Angeles Counties and accepts most types of insurances including Medicare.
