NoRecruitmentAgencies.com is free for jobseekers and normally only £10 flat fee per advert for employers, but is currently completely free until November 2010.  As you may be able to tell from the site name, NoRecruitmentAgencies.com doesn't contain any jobs advertised by recruitment agencies.

NoRecruitmentAgencies.com only contains jobs advertised directly by the companies that have them.

The main benefits of this are two fold:

• NoRecruitmentAgencies.com provides employers with a tool to viably bring some of their recruitment 'in house', reducing costs.

• NoRecruitmentAgencies.com provides job seekers with direct visibility of jobs available to them without having to go through a middleman, saving time.
