Nubigenus has developed Nubi SC Portal, which extends Microsoft’s Systems Center for public and private Clouds.  We have added multi-tenancy along with a simple process for fast and easy implementation, key pre-built infrastructure reports and an easy to use ticketing system that can be used for billing by service providers.  If users have an existing ticketing system, Nubigenus will be adding links to the leading tools in the future.

Rather than having to use low end offerings, managed service providers, systems integrators, hosting companies, Microsoft Cloud partners and consultants will now have an easy to deploy, easy to use yet fully functional Systems Center for servicing their customers.  Besides now having a much more powerful solution, they can identify problems, troubleshoot and service their customers remotely including via a mobile phone.

For managed service providers, it will be easy to support multiple client environments via a single SCOM instance rather than separate installations, which is likely too expensive for certain clients.  They will be able to see specific customer environments via the Nubi SC Portal and provide detailed reporting and views on each specific customer environment.  The portal will also provide easy dashboards for each customer environment including alert numbers, critical servers, ticket history, servers with most errors, specific user with most errors and other helpful data.

Managed service providers and hosting companies will also need an easy to implement (with customers) solution that can allow customized views into specific customer environments rather than requiring a SCOM installation at every customer site.  By offering this functionality, it will be easier for SCOM to be the de facto standard for organizations of all sizes.
