The Our Generation Voluntary Organization otherwise known as OGVO is a registered non-profit and non-governmental African Organization in Ghana which offer a vast variety of programs for everyone, be it student, gap year traveler, groups from high schools, colleges and universities, social clubs – everyone can find a program to match their needs. Participants can choose to Volunteer, Intern, Custom Group Trips or take part in the exciting 3 week Community Service & Travel program options.
There are volunteer work placements available in both urban and rural Ghana. Our volunteer / intern work placements in Ghana includes: Teaching, Orphanage Work, Healthcare - Medicals, Construction, Sports Coaching, Conservation, Journalism, Media, Wildlife, Architectural, etc. At OGVO, our programs are designed to help the local communities at the same time of providing a valuable learning and cultural experience to our volunteers and interns.
Our mission is to foster a whole range of cross-cultural understanding and amity by providing young people with quality opportunities for international volunteering, interns, inter-cultural exchange and travel
experience, education and training.
