About

The OVA TBVA volleyball program is dedicated to providing its athletes with the technical, tactical, and physical training to reach their highest possible potential. The program is equally dedicated to the highest standards of personal integrity, mutual respect, and responsible conduct. We strive to help each and every player, regardless of the age or ability, to achieve life-changing growth in physical skills and personal character as they play the game of volleyball.

In September 2015, the Orlando Volleyball Academy (OVA) and Tampa Bay Volleyball Academy (TBVA) merged their nationally successful volleyball clubs to create the largest volleyball club in the United States. This merger brings together approximately 80 teams featuring approximately 1,000 elite athletes. In 2014, the OVA and TBVA clubs qualified 21 teams to the USAV National Championships and won 4 National titles. OVA and TBVA operate four (4) facilities in Orlando (main), Longwood, Oviedo and Tampa, Florida.

The goal of the combined entities is to build on each club’s prior success by providing the finest coaching and training available in the country, whether it be for elite athletes or beginners.

As a nationally prominent junior club, OVA TBVA has significant impact not only
within the Florida Region and at the AAU and USA Volleyball Junior National Championships, but also at the collegiate and national levels. To date, the clubs have launched over 350 female student athletes into the collegiate volleyball ranks.
