In 2004, the options for alternative decking surfaces on traditional decks and rooftop terraces was limited. Architects, contractors, and homeowners had few options beyond wood, composites, heavy slab paver, or problematic mud-set/thin-set stone or tile. Into that void was birthed a concept that allows maximum creativity with surface finishes across the maximum variety of application conditions. The result of this 10 year journey is the current system components that meet both the sophistication of the architectural community and the dependability of the contractor trades, but also lends itself to the simplicity of the DIY customer.
