PRA is a free standing outpatient medical rehabilitation company.  The primary populations of persons served include those with chronic pain and acquired brain injury.  These individuals are served through CARF accredited day treatment programs as well as single and multi-service outpatient therapies.  PRA maintains CARF accreditation in Interdisciplinary Pain Rehabilitation, General and Comprehensive Occupational Rehabilitation, Outpatient Brain Injury and Home and Community Brain Injury Programs.  All of these programs were reaccredited in June, 2013.  PRA also holds an Out Patient Physical Therapy clinic, with a Physical Therapist specializing in vestibular disorders, as well as offering outpatient Occupational, Speech Therapy and Biofeedback services.  Lastly, PRA provides Psychological evaluation and counseling services.

In addition to the evaluation and treatment services provided through the programs described above, PRA also provides a number of evaluation services.  These include evaluations to assist referring parties in preventing long term disability, assessing employability of long term disabled clients, evaluation to determine claim status of past clients including Closing Evaluations (MD and Psychology), Neuropsychological evaluations, and consultations such as pre-surgical psychological consultations.  PRA psychologists have also been providing evaluation and counseling services at PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center’s Rebound Clinic, particularly consulting to their rehabilitation patients regarding chronic pain.
