Pepper Moon Catering has demonstrated exceptional expertise in delivering on-site catering services for 28 years. We provide a full range of services that includes:

1.     Menu Customization: Tailoring the menu to suit the preferences and dietary requirements of the client. Our menu design will incorporate principles for the current Dietary Guidelines for Americans (USDA) and Health, Health and Human Services, the choosemyplate.gov (U.S. Department of Agriculture and DOD menu standards (AR 40-25, para 2-6).
2.     Event Planning: Collaborating with clients to plan and organize the catering aspect of the event, including considerations for guest count, venue, and theme.
3.     Staffing: Providing experienced and professional catering staff, including chefs, servers, and bartenders, if needed.
4.     Equipment and Setup: Handling the setup and breakdown of catering equipment, such as tables, chairs, linens, and dinnerware.
5.     Food Presentation: Ensuring that the presentation of the food is visually appealing and complements the overall aesthetic of the event.
6.     Beverage Services: Offering beverage options, along with trained staff for service.
7.     Specialized Cuisine: Catering to specific culinary themes or dietary needs, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or ethnic cuisines.
8.     Management of Other Vendors: Collaborating with other event vendors, such as caterers, florists, decorators, and event planners, to ensure seamless event coordination.
9.     Logistics and Timing: Managing the logistics of food delivery, setup, and serving to ensure that everything aligns with the event schedule.
10.     Food Preparation: Preparing, Transporting, and Serving meals adhering to all time and temperature control regulatory guidance of ServSafe standards, and maintained at the temperatures recommended by the FDA Food Code, and the Triservice Food Code and using preferred methods such as baking, grilling, steaming, broiling, braising, and roasting.
