PhatBurn is an intense work out and meal plan designed to scorch body fat. Our trainers push you to the limit for one hour, 5 days a week. Our chef prepares 5 meals a day, EVERYDAY, for the entire program. Our nutritionist measures your body composition bi-weekly throughout the course to monitor your progress.
