Our journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: To be a one-stop shop for small businesses.  Founded in 2014 by Jessie Snyder-Reed, DeLuxe Writing Experts started as a part-time job from my home in Nashville, Tennessee. DeLuxe Writing Experts was born out of a passion for writing and creative fields and a vision to revolutionize, innovate, and improve small businesses' operations.

​In the early days, we faced numerous challenges, securing funding and finding the right team, but our determination never wavered. Through perseverance and innovation, we gradually carved out a niche for ourselves. Our breakthrough came when we decided to revamp our business entirely, which propelled us to new heights.

​Today, DeLuxe Writing Experts has a new name, Phoenix-Lotus Creative Enterprise, and is on its way to becoming the best leader in the writing and creative field, renowned for offering everything a small business needs in one place. Our commitment to our clients, offering quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction in all the tools needed for success, drives everything we do, ensuring that we meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
