PlanIt Schedule is the web-based personnel scheduling system for Public Safety. We work with law enforcement, EMS, dispatch, and fire crews to make their scheduling processes more efficient. PlanIt was created with the help of two local public safety departments. These departments worked with us to explain exactly what their needs were and we were able to build a system that would fulfill their scheduling, HR and communication needs. As PlanIt was shared with other organizations, we were able to take more and more feedback to create what it is today. PlanIt is not a static system. We are continuously taking feedback from our users and evaluating how the software can be improved.
PlanIt’s focus is just as much on the product as it is on the service. Our customer service is all in house to provide you with the most accessible and informative services. We train our support staff to know the system inside and out. Doing this, allows users to spend less time on the phone and more time doing their everyday duties. Our goal is to make public safety personnel more efficient with their scheduling and HR communication. We are constantly adding more step-by-step training to make the transition to PlanIt as smooth as possible. PlanIt is extremely user friendly.
