Board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD), her career spans over two decades, beginning with Medical School at world renowned King’s College, University of London then Dermatology Residency at the number one ranked New York University School of Medicine. Her expertise deepened further at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology and the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York, a global leader in advanced dermatologic procedures, where she trained in innovative laser therapies, cosmetic dermatology, and surgical techniques. This elite foundation equipped her with unparalleled knowledge in treating complex conditions, from skin cancer and Mohs micrographic surgery to acne, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, and aesthetic rejuvenation. Dr. Solomon joined the faculty of Duke University Hospital Dermatology Department and was actively involved in training the residents as well as clinical practice. With a vision to bring this world-class standard to her adopted community she founded Preston Dermatology, establishing locations in Cary, Wake Forest, and Holly Springs to serve families throughout the region.
