Our Story: From Vision to Movement
Since 2023, Pride Halton has grown from a bold idea into a region-wide movement celebrating the 2SLGBTQIA+ community across Halton. What started as PRISM Halton—a grassroots initiative rooted in the need for safer, more inclusive spaces—has evolved into the region's premier organization dedicated to visibility, advocacy, and year-round community connection.
Today, Pride Halton stands as Halton Region's primary hub for 2SLGBTQIA+ celebration, education, and support, serving the communities of Burlington, Oakville, Georgetown, and Milton.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to empowering and celebrating the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Halton by curating and supporting initiatives that honor the diversity and complexity of our community while creating safe, inclusive environments for all.

Our mission guides everything we do—from the Pride parade that brings thousands to the streets, to the year-round PRIDE365 programming that ensures visibility and connection extend beyond a single day.
