Prima Materia will be an urban winery focusing on non-mainstream grapes crafted into wines with an Old World inflection. Within our winery we will also create a unique weekly dining program based around and amplifying the wine experience while exploring moments and movements in culinary culture and time. Our wine and food will be both curatorial and historical on one hand while also progressive and exploratory on the other. And, we will be truly unique because the winemaker is also the chef.
