Prime City Construct, Ltd., a real estate development company with offices in Lagos, Nigeria and Atlanta, Georgia, has received preliminary approval from the Lagos State Government for the proposed real estate development of the Creek View Estate on the Lekki Peninsula near Abijo.  The goal is to help those in the Lagos region gain access to affordable and quality housing, through a Private - Public Initiative working directly with the Lagos State Government and with leading Nigerian and International Banks.  Planned development commences early 2010.

The Creek View Estate is a planned community built on 25 hectares consisting of medium level housing with modern amenities to be developed in three phases.  Phase 1 is starting with 339 units to facilitate the planning of all key elements in developing a successful business model.  It consists of two sections:  To the west toward Victoria Island consists of 8 Block flats with 2 and 3 Bedroom configurations.  The east section consists of clusters of 6 Terrace homes whose architecture is reminiscent of the beautiful city of San Francisco.  In addition, the site will house common facilities such as a swimming pool, recreation center, and a retail shopping mall at the main street entrance.

Phase 2 will commence once Phase 1 is well underway.  Phase 2 is expected to provide housing for about 770 families in clusters similar to Phase 1, such as units of 2 & 3 Bedroom flats as well as 3 & 4 Bedroom Town Houses.  Phase 3 is expected to provide housing for an additional 980 families.

Prime City’s target market consists of the junior and middle managers in both the public and private sector, Nigerians living abroad who want to own property in Nigeria, and bankable clients who can afford mortgages based on acceptable criteria. The sale prices will be between N12,000,000 and N40,000,000 to accommodate the low and medium income brackets.
