minded caregivers who believe and see the difference in the depth of care they can provide
through this non-traditional physical therapy model. With private treatment rooms, hands-on
care, appointment times dedicated to you and only you, and your entire course of treatment
provided by your own dedicated Doctor of Physical or Occupational Therapy, are you ready to
experience The ProTailored Difference?  We are a Fort Wayne Physical Therapy Clinic with two convenient locations.  One physical therapy clinic is in northern Fort Wayne located at 12722 Tonkel Rd Suite 102, Fort Wayne, IN 46845.  The second physical therapy clinic is located at 14413 Illinois Rd Suite D, Fort Wayne, IN 46814 in southwest Fort Wayne.
