In 1918 the voters of California passed Proposition 23, ratifying the Workmen's Compensation Insurance and Safety Act. Today, the challenge is to keep the Grand Bargain alive amidst a host of challenges.  Since 1993, Mark Webb has worked closely with stakeholders, policy makers, and research organizations in the constant effort to improve California's complex and costly workers' compensation system. The effort is ongoing and the need to continue to improve the system is as important as ever.

Mark provides unique technical and political analysis on legislation and regulations affecting the California workers' compensation system and on important workers' compensation and insurance legislative and regulatory issues nationwide.

A former Chief Compliance Officer, Mark also works with companies to implement effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs, including advice on legal and regulatory compliance and ethical leadership.
