*Desperate Bride Bootcamp is a short-term, results-driven program created for women preparing for a wedding, special event, or moment when time feels tight. While structured and demanding, the program is intentionally short-term and grounded in simplicity—not burnout.
*Squishy Fit: A Healthy, Everyday Body is the long-term, sustainable counterpart. This guide is for women who are done chasing extremes and want a realistic approach to fitness that honors hormones, energy, and real life.
