Established in 2009 and incorporated in 2010, Queen to Queen, Inc. is an organization geared toward current and former queens of historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) as well as professional African-American women.

Created by two former queens of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, the organization strives to build a network of women that will serve as mentors, sounding boards, and professional contacts across the country for Queen to Queen members; act as models of professional women of color to adolescent women; and be examples of the high-quality education and advancement available through our nation’s HBCUs.
