RISE UP Youth Empowerment is  is a dynamic and innovative non-profit leadership development and self esteem building organization serving young ladies, ages 12yrs. to 21yrs. in Los Angeles. Rise Up was founded by Tracy Malbrough to inspire teen girls to Rise Up and build positive self esteem, develop leadership skills, commit to community service and achieve academic excellence through work shops and mentoring. Vision: Our vision is designed to inspire, empower, and cultivate young women through an innovative mentoring and workshop program which addresses the various areas of life and highlights the importance of self-esteem, personal values, academic excellence, community service, cultural awareness & Wellness.
