The job drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 95 students, providing them with valuable career opportunities in the BFSI sector. More than 10 leading BFSI companies participated in the drive and interacted directly with the students for various entry-level and customer support roles.

The initiative aimed to support students in building sustainable careers by connecting skilled youth with industry opportunities. Students actively attended interviews and HR interaction sessions as part of the recruitment process.

The management of Meenakshi College appreciated the efforts taken by AISECT Limited and the participating companies for creating employment opportunities for students through this CSR initiative.
