Rally4Vets / DVEN (Disabled Veterans Empowerment Network) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 99-5053861) headquartered in El Segundo, California, founded by U.S. Army Veteran and VMI alumnus Robert Gould. Built on the belief that community, movement, and shared purpose save lives, Rally4Vets addresses the veteran suicide crisis through active, engagement-driven programs rather than clinical intervention alone.

The organization's signature initiatives include the Annual Cross-America Fun Road Rally, a coast-to-coast civic journey, as well as Cars & Camo, the Top Dog Championship, Pickleball, and Bicycling programs, each designed to forge lasting bonds among veterans and their families.

Rally4Vets partners with sponsors, civic organizations, and fellow veterans' groups to expand its reach and impact nationwide. Every program, every mile, and every event serves one enduring mission: "We Drive. They Survive.℠"
