In 2000 the now Directors of Redstones were new landlords having just started to buy properties as a long term investment and required the services of a letting agent, unfortunately their experience of the local agents at the time was far from satisfactory leading to the conclusion  “we can do better ourselves”.

Initially letting and managing successfully their own properties in any spare time they had from home, they were soon asked by friends and friends of friends if they would look after their properties, and so in 2003 with an ever growing number of clients they made the decision to leave their jobs and set up Redstones as a specialist letting and management company.

With a strong business and information technology background and having studied and been accredited NAEA ( National Association Of Estate Agents ) ARLA ( Association Residential Letting Agents ) they were able to put into place quick and efficient systems and utilise the most up to date technology. Since 2003 Redstones has grown rapidly and now covers the West Midlands, going from strength to strength through word of mouth and recommendation, handling some of the most demanding of clients including professional and corporate property investors and developers both local and national.

Moving forward Redstones will keep improving their quality of service and setting new standards their competitors must follow.
